Eugene Pozdnikov
Founder + Chief Executive Officer
Eugene Pozdnikov is an entrepreneur,  business and technical leader known for his pioneering efforts in the field of healthcare technology. As the CEO and founder of CYBX.IO, Eugene has played a pivotal role in shaping the company from its inception to becoming a global leader in healthcare data solutions. With a passion for innovation and a keen strategic vision, Eugene launched CYBX from ideation, laying the groundwork for its growth and success. Under his leadership, the company has assembled a world-class team and achieved remarkable milestones, including consistent 10x revenue and account growth.
In addition to his role at CYBX, Eugene serves as a Strategic Advisor for Sensowear. His extensive experience in the healthcare technology sector includes serving as Country General Manager for Agfa Healthcare and Head of Investment Projects at Astrazeneca.

Eugene earned an MBA from University of San Francisco (USF) and a BA degree from Moscow University. His blend of strategic acumen, technological expertise, and commitment to innovation continues to drive CYBX and its partners towards greater success in transforming the healthcare landscape.
Devanshi Shah
VP of Engineering
Devanshi Shah is the Vice President of Engineering at CYBX.IO, bringing over 22 years of rich experience in software development and engineering leadership to the forefront. With a proven track record of translating vision into reality, Devanshi has spearheaded numerous successful projects from conception to delivery throughout her career. Prior to her current role, Devanshi showcased her exceptional leadership capabilities at Juniper Networks, where she established and steered a high-impact global team, contributing significantly to the company's success.
Devanshi's journey through the tech landscape includes pivotal roles at Juniper Networks and Picarro, Inc. where she led the Web and Quality Assurance teams, delivering innovative first-generation products that set industry benchmarks. Her extensive healthcare sector experience, gained during her tenure at St. Jude Medical, further enriches her holistic understanding of engineering challenges and solutions.

Devanshi holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of New Orleans and a Master of Science in Biomedical Engineering from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, underscoring her multidisciplinary approach to problem-solving and her commitment to continuous learning and growth.
Arlen Meyers, MD, MBA, Harvard-Macy Fellow and Fulbright Scholar
Chief Medical Officer / Advisor
Arlen Meyers is a distinguished figure in the realms of medicine, entrepreneurship, and academia, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience to his role as an advisor for CYBX.IO. As President and CEO of the Society of Physician Entrepreneurs (SoPE), he champions innovation and entrepreneurship in healthcare globally. Arlen's career is marked by a dedication to translating biomedical ideas into tangible solutions for patients. He has founded medical device and digital health companies and mentors entrepreneurs. His research focuses on biomedical innovation, technology commercialization, and entrepreneurship, with publications and speaking engagements worldwide.
As a former Harvard-Macy fellow and Fulbright scholar, Arlen's expertise extends to technology transfer and commercialization. He holds faculty positions at the University of Colorado Denver and serves as Editor-in-Chief of Medscape Reference: Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery. Arlen's influence reaches beyond academia, consulting with companies, governments, and universities on bio entrepreneurship, healthcare IT, and new product development.

Arlen holds an MBA from the University of Colorado Denver and a BS in Biology from Dickinson College. Arlen earned his MD at Jefferson Health and completed his residency in Otolaryngology and the University of Pennsylvania.
John Lee, MD
Advisor: EHR and Analytics
John Lee is an esteemed advisor at CYBX.IO, renowned for his expertise in bridging clinical knowledge, healthcare operations, and digital systems. With a firm belief that the core issues plaguing the healthcare system revolve around data and information, John is passionate about leveraging technology to address these challenges. He understands that efficient and equitable delivery of data is essential for the healthcare system to fulfill its mission to patients, families, and providers.
Currently serving as an Emergency Medicine Physician at Edward-Elmhurst Health, John is also a founder and partner at HIT Peak Advisors. His extensive career includes notable roles such as Chief Medical Information Officer at Natividad Medical Center, SVP and Chief Medical Information Officer at Allegheny Health Network, and Chief Medical Information Officer at Edward-Elmhurst Health. Prior to his leadership positions, John served as an Emergency Physician at Edward Hospital for 22 years.

John's academic background includes a BA in Chemistry from The Johns Hopkins University and an MD in Medicine from Loyola University Chicago Stritch School of Medicine. He furthered his expertise with a certificate in Medical Informatics from the University of Illinois Chicago. With his deep understanding of both clinical practice and healthcare technology, John plays a vital role in shaping the strategic direction of CYBX.IO in the dynamic landscape of healthcare technology.
Debbie Leone
Advisor: SVP Operations at Behavioral Health Solutions
Debbie Leone brings over 16 years of dynamic Operations Management experience across diverse industries to her role as an advisor at CYBX.IO. Renowned for her resourcefulness and innovative approach, Debbie specializes in igniting operational excellence through strategic initiatives that drive productivity, efficiency, and team empowerment.

Debbie's journey to CYBX.IO saw her serve as the Senior Vice President of Operations and Chief Operating Officer at Behavioral Health Solutions, where she spearheaded strategic planning efforts and implemented automation to drive organizational growth. Prior to that, she held the role of Vice President of Operations at Colorado Pain Care and served as the Practice Administrator at Greater Florida Anesthesiologists-Unicom Division/Sheridan Healthcorp.
Education-wise, Debbie holds an MBA from Northcentral University, underscoring her commitment to continuous learning and professional development. She also earned an Associate of Science from Southwest Florida College, a BS from Hamline University, and an MA from the University of St. Thomas, showcasing her multidisciplinary background and dedication to excellence across various domains. Michael Marchant
Advisor: Interoperability and Integration
Michael Marchant is a seasoned leader in healthcare technology with over 30 years of experience driving impactful implementations across various sectors of the industry. As an Advisor for CYBX.IO, Michael brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the forefront of healthcare innovation.

Michael has excelled in roles within vendor, government, and provider organizations, where he has consistently delivered technology solutions aimed at enhancing business processes and, most importantly, improving patient care outcomes.
Michael’s experience as UC Davis Health’s Director of Interoperability and Innovation uniquely positions him to help clients navigate complex healthcare environments and drive transformative change. Furthermore, Michael acquired deep healthcare domain expertise through his roles at Equideum Health, ACS, and Sutter Physician Services.  As the Carequality Advisory Council Co-Chair for The Sequoia Project, Michael continues to help inform decisions about the Carequality interoperability framework to help ensure that healthcare data is exchanged successfully throughout the United States.

Ken Vanosky

With a career distinguished in both domestic and international financial markets Ken’s expertise spans an extensive array of financial strategies, including navigating public and private financing, corporate partnerships, equity investments, mergers, and acquisitions. Ken's leadership roles include Vice President of Administration, Director of Finance, and Manager of Administration for a $9 billion PV conglomerate, where he oversaw groups totaling $600 million ($1.8 billion PV). He orchestrated numerous financing initiatives, mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations, bolstering organizational efficiency and focus.
As co-founder and executive of a satellite/terrestrial alternative long-distance network company, Ken showcased his ability to nurture ventures from inception to public offering, achieving remarkable success in record time. His strategic foresight and financial acumen have fueled growth, facilitated global expansion, and navigated intricate corporate landscapes.
