CYBX was born out of necessity. Achieving Value-Based Care requires providers and patients to access and leverage their data meaningfully.
Fragmentation of data in healthcare has a profound impact on both care teams and their patients. While the fragmentation of patient data has existed since the early days of electronic healthcare records, we felt that we could tackle this challenge in a unique way.
The CYBX approach isn’t to simply replicate data in new locations. That only exacerbates the problem. Instead, we leverage technology to create a federated approach to managing and accessing data. When data is kept at the source and only the necessary data is moved to the end users, we open up multiple possibilities while addressing fundamental data access needs. This approach allows us to uncover meaningful insights, improve productivity, achieve optimal patient outcomes, and bring the joy back to practicing medicine.
